I got my bankruptcy notice

Because I hold one share of SCOX, I got my notice of bankruptcy in the mail today.

I'll try to get a scan up later tonight., the only two things of interest is that there will be a meeting of the creditors when they can ask the debtor questions under oath on "October 18, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing Easter time, J. Caleb Boggs Federal Courthouse, 844 King Street, 2nd Floor, Room 2112, Wilmington, Delaware 19801" and that the papers I have indicate that no Trustee has been appointed to date. The only date mentioned on the paper in the envelope is September 14, 2007. The postmark date is OCT 10 2007.

I note with glee, that it cost 41 cents to send the notice, which is considerably more than my one share is worth.

Doubt I'll go, but in case Al does, can anyone think of any good questions to ask the creditors under oath?

It is actually dated 25 September, though the mailing is dated 10 October.

I also note that the envelope was not sealed, so if there was any valuable OpenServer redemption certs in there, they've been stolen.
