Does it seem at all odd that there was a single purchase of over 400,000 SCOX
shares late on Apr 19 (pushing the stock back up to over $.95, but not over
$1.00). The purchase was quite close to the 30-days-below-a-dollar deadline
(which seems to be Apr 19 or 20 on my calendar if you count business days). My
conspiracy meter thinks that someone may want to help SCOX, and I can think of
only a few companies that would want to do that.

It opened and closed under $1.00, but during the day
it traded at $1.00. AFAIK, the 30 day clock restarted
again.

At no point today did SCOX trade at over $1.00.
Moreover, delisting would be based on closing
price, which was under $1.00.

Isn't this day 30 for SCOX stock?

By my count, this is the 30th business day since SCOX closed at or over 1.00. So
if it continues as it has for most of the morning (currently it's at .97, down
.01) then the trap springs and the delisting clock starts going <tick>
<tick> <tick>....

Anyone else count differently?
