Ceragenix (CGXP.OB) has it's own board!

I asked the admins at IV for a Ceragenix board, and they responded. As many of
you know, I've been following Ceragenix closely since they announced their amazing
treatment for AIDS (and cancer, and antibiotic resistant staph, and Cystic Fibrousis
and ...). Unfortunately, all of it only works in a test tube, no actual products
yet. They did manage to get the second quarter report out about 45 days after the
close of the quarter: expenses are up to $800K for 5 (count em 5) full time employees,
capital equipment up to $26K from $3K. And a huge 'profit' this quarter from their
funky derivative accounting where they book a 'profit' when the stock price goes
down. Anyway, if you want to see how professional scammers work as opposed to the
amatuers at SCOX, CGXP.OB is the place to be.
The truly funny part is that
they apparently manage to scam their own VP as he bought 10K shares at $2.10 shortly
after the CEO was selling out at $2. I guess there really is one born every second.
