Subject: Ex Canopy employees affidavids

Interesting comparison of two affidavits of two ex Canopy employees: Darla Newbold and Joyce Wiley. Similarity in structure and wording of these documents makes you think that both affidavits were produced from the same script.

So, can we conclude that Darla Newbold *has* heard Mr. or Mrs. Noorda criticize Brent Christensen ("Mr. Christensen"), Canopy's Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary?

TBH, what I have read from these affadavits does not reflect well on Mustard's manner. IMO, when one is on the side of the good guys, there is no call to behave badly. If IBM obliterates the post-Yarro Canopy I will shed no tears.
