I have had it with the new crop of GL shills. Adolescents like cdbaric, gnutechguy99, mitmosar, faadaadaa, sekritsqurl and the newly-minted trollette al_atollah have sucked the value out of this forum, as well as making GL an absolutely odious charley-foxtrot of fawning suck-ups. I thought I was through with having to deal with this immaturity when I left school but I see I was quite mistaken. Months ago I couldn't get enough of GL everyday but today, I can go a week or more without bothering to check in.

YOU, you self-righteous, pompous little blowhards, are what's killing Y! Scox and probably GL too. I don't want to hear your snivelling pitiful claims of moral superiority because you used Linux while in college last year. Have you taken days off work at an expense of thousands of dollars to contribute to this fight? I didn't think so. Do you have a quarter of a million dollars tied up in a short position dragging down the stock price? Yeah, I didn't think so either. At least I put my money where my mouth is, but you don't have even the common decency to put up or shut up.

I'm in this for the long haul and watching SCOX everyday means sometimes I watch my personal wealth go up or down tens of thousands of dollars PER DAY. Think of it as putting a year's salary on the table at Las Vegas - I still have vivid memories of surviving on a graduate fellowship stipend - so it's a daily roller coaster.

And all you can contribute is juvenile sniping and bullshit by the truckload. I have freaking had it with you and I am gone; I'm not the only one too. A friend went with me to SCOForum and he gave up on this forum at least a month ago. Sure, you're the protectors of FOSS/GPL/whatever you've decided to inflict with your "help". God save the next project you glom on to - I don't know how many could stand your kind of "help". And I have not a single doubt that the shuck-n-jive crew at SCO are having a field day with this. Hell, one or more of you probably even work for them.

I can continue to monitor things by watching the market, reading Al's site and maybe even checking on Andy's site. But I won't have to put up with the "monkey-boy patrol" any more. I tried soooo hard to endure your stupidity for soooo long but that's about all I can handle, thank you very much. Yeah, I'll miss the enlightened analysis of elcorton, ruidmurphy, Paul, stats, and the other adults, but you little shills have done a pretty good job of pissing all over their efforts. Individually, you're far more annoying than biff, ledite, & qnc combined, as well as being far less amusing. Good job.
