Subject: AutoZone delays begin

SCO has wasted no time in starting the delays in the SCO
v. AutoZone discovery period. A stipulation has been filed
to extend the first date on the schedule, which was for
SCO's "statement of the basis for its claim for preliminary
injunctive relief" to be served on AutoZone yesterday. From
the docket:

Caption: stip for ext of time to file statmnt. Sub to RCJ.

I'm encouraged that it says "file" rather than "serve".
(The Aug 6 order only said that the statement must be served
on AutoZone.) Perhaps we will get to see this statement soon
after it is made.
