Subject: After ELF, what next?

Musing on the abject failure (again!) of SCOX to hijack ELF, I was wondering about what they'll latch on to next. They seem to have some need to try to steal openly available technology.

It occurred to me that they haven't ever followed up on the claim to own C++. What are the chances of them using that next as another spin/FUD source for a while, until it is debunked.
