Actually, it was Frank and Elizabeth who did the most work. :-) Going to
the hearing was a lot of fun and I learned quite a bit. In a nutshell, I
feel much better about the case after hearing the IBM lawyers AND the
judge rail on SCO. SCO fumbled around and couldn't make a point or stay
on topic. I actually started feeling bad for SCO for a few minutes,
especially when David Marriott (an IBM lawyer) was speaking. That pity
quickly faded. I guess that's what happens in a hearing when you hire
your brother as a lawyer... :-)

It still seems unreal. I can't quite believe that I was there yesterday
and SCO did so badly. Props to Frank and Elizabeth (she rocks).
