I was talking to a friend of mine who has just recently shorted SCOX. I mentioned something to him and he made a joke about now having insider information. While I do not think that is the case, I wanted to go ahead and make it public enough that it can no longer be called insider info. Wasn't sure I was going to mention this here, so maybe I was just telling him to give myself an excuse.

Earlier today, for the first time, I received a series of hits from a usdoj.gov machine on the www.threenorth.com/sco site. The times between hits indicates that someone was probably reading the pages, not simply slurping them up. However, the link was followed from a linux related site, so I kind of doubt there is anything to it.

Now, I've been working at client sites the last few days and am way behind in posts on this board. Don't expect any immediate reply from me here. You know about as much as I do.
