They are doing their best to get
to $10 by close 100 shares at a time.

Subject: The pumper filter
They all go away when trading closes, and start
around noon (9:00 am Utah time, ahem).
Only one I see after hours is Ledite,
which leads me to believe he is sincere, if terribly delusioned.

Subject: Alright folks...
Look at that chart over to your right. There was
a pump at 2:03 pm. If you look at that time you will see a deep hole. If this was
a normal day, there would be a straight line connecting the ends of the hole, and
no hole.
One hell of a lot of stock traded in that hole. Anybody have any
idea what happened there?
I still do not believe it was people stopping a
skid, becuase there was not one, at least of that magnatude at the time.
What... the hell, happened? Any ideas?

I'll bet you they can't get it to $10
today either... and make the paint stick.

Subject: A thought on the stupid invoice scam
You know, this is an entirely
separate issue from whether or not SCO has IP issues with Linux. Let’s take a perfectly
legal product, say Windows2000 (OK, so just pretend). Let’s say Microsoft finds
out you are running a server running Windows2000 without paying for a license. Can
they just send you an invoice?
No, they can’t. Sending you an invoice indicates
you bought something from them. You did not. You are running a pirated copy. Microsoft
sending you an invoice would be fraud.
What they can do is sue the crap out
of you for infringement of copyright, after sending you a warning letter. Notice,
SCO has taken that first step. Sending out invoices is NOT the second.
Even
in license audits (we use Oracle, we have been through them), you do not get an
invoice based on the audit. You get an invoice based upon an agreement you came
to with the vendor. You agreed to buy licenses because you were out of compliance.
You do not simply get an invoice based on their audit.
Whether or not SCO
“owns” Linux, they cannot send out invoices without prior agreement. That is purely
and simply fraud. Which is why I believe no invoices have been sent. Pure bluff,
pure FUD. No links required.
Bring it on Darl, bring it on. I will be glad
to donate a “soap-on-a-rope” to your travel bag.

Subject: Someone has to defend SCO...
You know...
This is an interesting
point, and I am going to address it.
There are no creditable speakers for
SCO on this board. The obvious reason would be, there is no credible reason to defend
SCO, and I subscribe to that...
But... There really does need to be somebody
to defend SCO if its detractors are not to become complacent. Ledite clearly is
not it. Crz neither. OK, I will do it.
I want this company to die a complete
death, as do many of the posters here. I am not short, I am not long. I run screaming
away from this stock. I am not an investor, in any form to this company. I DO invest
in the stock market. I also do not have any interest in Linux. I work in, and program
for a Microsoft Shop. I do gag about that at times.
I will not post during
trading hours in defense of SCO, this is strictly after hours. And I will point
a disclaimer back to this post because, I really, really, do not want someone trading
this stock because of my words.
So anyway, I will give it a shot.
Dio
PS- I will post as a 'Buy' while I do this. It sucks, but will not confuse
people, and I really cannot post as a "Strong Buy". I would lose my lunch.
